Loan process duration

As soon as you sign the credit agreement and the mortgage contract, we are ready to transfer your money, your destination depending on the type of credit you have chosen:

• Acquisition credit – the amount of money requested will be paid directly into the seller’s account;
• Investment credit – the amount of money approved will be paid directly to the applicant’s account;
• Refinancing credit – at the bank where you have the credit or the credits you want to refinance now.
